A performance of asemic letter writing. I bend over a blank piece of paper, while my bodily posture guides my hands transcribing the movement with ink. I repeat to a point of exhaustion. My posture intensifies the sensation of the spinal cord. The spine is approached as an archive of memory, where lost language(s) are stored. I transcribe, translate, and repeat the ritual, through the repletion I return to reoccurring dreams that I have been dreaming in the spring of 2022.
